Can't copy character on preview server

Hello. I have access to NeverwinterPreview and russian test server "Lurker" on this account. Earlier I can copy to NeverwinterPreview from Dragon via http://nw.ru.perfectworld.eu/preview. But now this link redirect to arc site.
On http://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/nw I can copy characters only to russian test server Lurker.
I try change language and Langeage preference, cleaning cookies, change browser, but I can't copy my character from Dragon to NeverwinterPreview. Only from Drider to Lurker.
This problem exsists not one week.
Anybody can explain me, how solve this problem?

    So for some reason there seems to be some kind of perma-association with the Russian server Arc's website does. Someone with your exact problem in the past was able to get it to work using the following link for the original English preview copy page:

    http://nw.perfectworld.com/preview

    That should take care of it.

    Yeah, the first link you had was to copy from Drider to Lurker. Drider and Lurker are for Russian Server players, while Dragon and Beholder are International. Copying from one region to another is not possible, even on preview. See the sticky [Hot Topics & Known Issues] for two links for Dragon to Beholder copying. I know the linked post is for another issue, but has the links you need. :)
