Shocking Execution

Are the devs aware of this?
If a TR is low health, he's capable to use multiple times Shocking Execution.
Can you please fix this as soon as possibile? And mostly, shouldn't be forbidden to take advantage of a Bug?

    it's not a bug, read the description.
    it's not even a problem in pvp when it hits for 20k+ you are not going to survive with less than 20% hp
