Wondering if any others are having trouble making credit card payments through Arc. I have tried several times, using both the Arc app and their website, using multiple credit cards which I know are valid, one of which I've used to successfully buy Zen in the past. I'd like to take advantage of the current promo and get some bonus companions. I've submitted a support ticket, but it's been several hours and I haven't yet received a response. One thing which may be a contributing factor is that I'm in Canada, but like I said, I've successfully bought Zen in the past and it worked fine.
As an additional annoyance, this morning I was playing and I received one of those drops giving a time limited discount for a particular Zen Market purchase. It was something I was considering buying, so that, combined with the companion promo, is what convinced me to buy the Zen today. But now that time limited discount is long over. Sigh.
The error message I get is an enigmatic, "There was a problem with the credit card."
Has anybody else had this problem today? Or ever?
Any suggestions what might be wrong?
Any experiences that might suggest how long this kind of problem usually takes to resolve?
Update for anyone who might read this thread. PW responded to my support ticket several hours later, informing me that there had been a problem with their payment gateway, but that it should now work if I tried my transaction again. So I tried again and voila, it worked! I'm glad I was able to get it resolved the same day so I can still take part in the current promo and I expect to receive my bonus companions at the end of the promo period.
They did not address the loss of the time limited discount though, so I've politely responded back to them asking if there's any way to get that re-issued, perhaps as an in-game mail attachment, as it's part of why I wanted to buy the Zen in the first place. I am currently awaiting a further reply from them.

In the future, please remember that any issues with Support and Billing need to be handled through Support. There's nothing the forum staff can do for Account, Billing, or Technical Issues.
