Losing my item in the mailbox!

So i sent a mail to you and now you want me to do a post on it here. So here we go, i just lost 2 mails that i sent to myself. First one i recived but not the second one, i copy paste the handle cus im lazy and making sure im not miss spell anything either.

Think this is the forth or fifth time this happens to me, and before u say just use the bank. I do that all the time, but its not workig on proffesion assets so i NEED to use the mail. And i dont like the gamble on it. I just sent some dragon eggs and other proffesion stuff with a value around 1.3M AD on current AH pricess. This is getting old and expensive in the long run.
I could even see the mail that i recieved for 1-2 sec then it was gone. PLS FIX ASAP, cus farming AD in this game isnt easy..

    no one will fix this.
    sometime ago buying and sending RP to my char i lost 3 coalescent, 2 stacks of black opal and 2 of lesser resonance. about 3kk ad worth of items
    the support said it was my fault and nothing could be done about that.
    they do not recognize this as a bug.
    from that day i do not use anymore mailbox.

    Well i dont either cus it cant be trusted, but proffesion assets i can not put into the bank, and i dont want to max every proffession on all my chars cus they dont have a good enough system to transfer the assets.

    try this sometimes work.
    go check your mail from the gateway

    Thx, ill do that. Thank god it wasnt worse, i remeber back in the days i used to mail my R10s and perfects over when i switched char.
    Would ragequit fast if i lost 2 perfs and 12-18 r10s LOL

    I know of people that lost perfects back then.

    LOL i was just looking at my mail from the gateway, looks like its something odd going on. http://piclair.com/zowbo (just allow addblock, its just a picture :) )

    Someone seem to have lost a Greater vorp and a lesser SF in the mail, i says i should log in to the game and claim it, but thing is i never recieved these items. And my guess is the poster hasnt either. I can see he has a 1 in the end of the handle and so do I. So maybe he has gotten my stuff that i sent, but can only see it from the gateway? Oo

    Strange. I'm using the mail all the time and have no problems whatsoever.

    ^ Me too. Maybe you've send too much mail to yourself? It seems to have a problem when you do that(you can tell when this happens cause your mail icon turns red).

    Yes it turns red after a few mail, but then i cant send anymore and gives an error. But it dsnt explain the mails i have on gateway and that my items vanishing thin air. And i know a lot of other ppl have the issues losing items sending it to em selfs.

    I lost 2 radiants rank 10 , 2 ranks 9 and 8 , I tryed to slot in same time x3 times on wep , x2 times on neck , and i got : this item is bussy , meaning lose of 1 enchantment rank.

    SS'ed and asked for check logg's < Crypt/Pwi > agree that i had this ,and not my fault but yet no restore , but i got plenty of sory's and kind regards.

    So dont expect ur email to be restored either.
