Help Needed after the Plague Tower....

Ok, what am I missing? I completed the Plague Tower, killed Razzad and went back to Knox and got the experience for it... But nothing telling me where to go next! and Yes I did complete the tower district! Shouldn't Knox Tell me there to go next? I thought it was the black dagger ruins.... Please help!

    Hey Dude,
    Ur level must be lower than the required level of the next quest.
    Do something like pvp or try to kill monsters to gain exp. When u reach the next level, press U, massive new quests will come!
