Using GoS after winter event ?

Is it possible to use gifts of simril in a party after the winter event ends? Will there still be drops ?

    You should be able to use them, but you may not necessarily have a place to spend the lights...

    It's not about spending the lights. It's about lesser bonding runestones and gold, which you can get from opening the packages after using gifts of simril. If it's possible to use the gifts in a party after the event is over - exploiters will be quite happy as the gifts bug is still not fixed ^^
