Some enemy don't bleed

Has anyone else noticed that some enemy do not bleed from duelist? I realized this today when trying to determine if skullcracker and lowblows damage effects stacked (or actually if they even worked in all situations). I never finished this as I got sidetracked when I noticed that hunting drakes don't bleed. I wonder if there are any other enemy that are also resistant to bleed or other effects (honestly I always found it odd to burn a fire elemental and other such things and wondered if they would ever bring in resistances).

Now that you mention it I saw this today when fighting Green Dragonfangs in Shores of Tuern. Can't say for certain whether the bleed was not working or just not displaying as there was no reason to stop attacking, but there you are.

In my case it was not ticking in addition to not showing. Now this seems to me that it would have had to be deliberately coded to work this way and it isn't that I have a problem with it but that I find it curious is all.

There is no indication of bleed at all in the log, nothing saying it had no effect or anything, it simply doesn't apply on them.

Report it as a bug. Maybe it is.

I may do that, still waiting on solutions to bugs I posted about a year ago so I never have much expectations to see them resolved. Still I think it is deliberate unless the critters have a particular self buff that conflicts for whatever reason.

I've been noticing it since 2 weeks ago or so , it mostly happens with the new dragons in well of dragons.
