Support page not working - This webpage has a redirect loop

I submitted a ticket in game because even though I received mail with the founders pack attached, when I clicked the take button to take the pack it went poof and was not in my inventory. I do not even have my founders title which at least I had in beta. When I try to use the support web page to check on my ticket all I get is This webpage has a redirect loop. I've tried it on 3 computers, an ipad and an ipod touch, 2 different android phones and a hp touchpad and it does not work on any of them. I just want to know if I will receive these items at some point or if I should stop leveling now, delete my character and try making a new character and hopefully receive my founders items.

    You're not the only one having these problems. I also get the redirect loop. I'm pretty sure they're working on the issue! Guess we just got to be patient. :( It's frustrating, but we are technically playing -before- open beta.

    This bug is still there. If somebody like a Dev read this nobody has been answering my email ticket now in 3-4 days. Anybody here??????

    We don't offer support on the forums, so you won't get a reply here. Also, this a very old thread.

    The support email is
    customerservice@perfectworld.com - email them and let them know of the redirect bug, they can fix that for you.

    Also, the Christmas weekend just ended... Support staff was on minimal as people around the world went home for festivities. One should never expect a response on the weekend anyway, only count business days (Monday through Friday), as minimal staff works on the weekends as it is, add on the Holidays... yeah. They have a backlog to wade through. Please be patient.
