Barkshield Enchant, bound on crafting.

Used 4 shards of barkshield enchant (all character bound from master of the hunt chest) and 1 coalescent ward (account bound from coffer of augmentation).

This creates a 'bound to character' lesser barkshield enchant.

    Is this a bug or working as intended? I have one that i wasted a Coalescent Ward on. I was hoping to transfer it to another character that can actually use it.
