Crash messed up item selling

My boyfriend just tired to sell 1 black opal using the online gateway and it crash it end up posting all of his black opals there were 50 of them. I was trying to use the gateway back the game wont open properly and keeps crashing even if he gets in. CrypticError: Oops! Your Cryptic application has crashed. I the error and we have done everything suggested here. Please some one fix this soon. We don't use mumble or teamweaver what else could be there. Now it is crashing as soon has the cryptic launcher comes up. Gateway is having issue to for him.

    his handle is janefondler he can't even use this website with out issues.
