No Race&Attribute Points Reroll for DCs?

I had a 4 months break from the game, I have a lvl52 DC as my main alt.
Until lvl52 I leveled with a healing build, now i could redo my powers and feats, but not my race and attribute points.
Weren't we supposed to get a full reroll for our DCs with the closs COMPLETELY changed?

How can I reroll my race and attributes now to make a proper DPS DC?

TRs got a free race reroll as I know.

    Pay for the race re-roll token.

    No, TRs did NOT get a race reroll, nor did they get an attribute re-roll. DC got a power and feat respec, whereas TR got a feat respec only.

    If I use a race reroll token then I can reroll my race and attributes too, right?

    Yes, Race Reroll Tokens grant the ability to change your Race, Gender, Ability Score selections, Appearance and Character Name.

    Your existing appearance is preserved by default if you do not choose a different Race.

    When bought, log out to character select and select the character then choose the new Race Reroll button by the Create Character button that appears when you purchase one of these tokens.

    They are one use, so when you use it on a character, it won't be available again until you buy another.

    Keep in mind that your existing appearance may be kept in the "newer" character models and older models are not available for selection. Bear this in mind carefully.
