Dragonborn Pack and race reroll

So i bought the DB pack when it was on sale a while ago and got the race reroll token from it, i decided to save it to use it later when my characters stats would allow me to change ability scrores and race without using much extra ad to buy new enchants and stuff so now that i want to reroll i dont have the race reroll token anymore for some reason and i m just wondering where did it go? :confused:

    try looking at the character selection screen page

    I know it should be there and it was there after i bought it but now it jsut says buy one for 1500 zen :L

    Report this to customer support. Give them a LOT of details, including about when you bought the pack and when you last noticed you still had the reroll credit/token - could have disappeared during Mod 5 update?

    I remember seeing this... but I think that "buy one..." is always there. Look on the character tab of the character you want to reroll - I think there is an option there (on the character banner itself) where you actually invoke the reroll.

    FYI: The race reroll is thumbs-up; it worked flawlessly for me. I may be misremembering, but I think it includes a full respec (or at least a powers/feats reroll) also. About the only thing you *cannot* change is the class.

    It's not a full respec. I can't remember if it's powers or stat point allocation that isn't included.

    Also, if you change to/from a Human you may find it bugs out and you can't allocate feat points. Adding/subtracting the three extra Heroic points for Human seems to give it problems. At that point you have to apply a respec to fix it.

    All other race changes work OK.

    well apparently it fixed itself after restarting the game so i kinda over reacted and posted a post here before trying that... and yea it doesnt give respec wich is kinda sad cause as you said changing from human causes problems and i need to buy a respec cause of that...

    and not to mention the race reroll screen doesnt show your characters true items if they are transmuted :confused: so i cant really tell how my char will look in her real gear >.>
