Encounter powers used in Divinity mode are applying its own stacks instead of having benefit of the ones applied normally.
I can stack this debuff in the mobs up to 7 times. And I'm not sure, but I think the Divinity damage isn't being increased by the 4 stacks applied normally, and the normal attacks aren't having benefit of the stacks applied by the Divinity mode; making them not be refreshed properly too.
Paragon feat: Righteous Suffering
Even if I dodge an incoming attack, this feature will proc. I don't believe it's supposed to work that way.

Doesn't seem to work when there's another DR reduction debuff. Not sure about this one, haven't realized many tests, but my damage wasn't increased after applying it.

This power is ignoring control immune foes.

This power is not proccing weapon enchantment effects. Not even in Divinity mode.

Class feat: Holy Fervor with Golden Dragon Icon bonus
Powers like Chains of Blazing Light and Daunting Light are not proccing the effect of Holy Fervor when they critically strike.

The purpose of the FX of the Astral Shield in Divinity mode is just to display the area that the power affected. You continue with the temporary hit points after the FX.
I have reported the Sunburst bug in the Barracks and Temple class forums also. This bug is really bad and should be addressed ASAP.
I'm being thrown from node while unstoppable, and by the time I get back on ground and into melee range, the whole thing has been wasted. It is also hitting TRs with ITC up, and ignoring GF shield block.
I am not experiencing the Sunburst "bug" in Blacklake and Tower zone on my new DC (Hulks for example are ignoring the knockback with the yellow "Immune" label flashing up) - so I'm wondering if it's the particular "immune" foes that's bugged or the Encounter Power itself (I am referring to PvE since OP did not specify PvP - as all PvP complaints and reports *should* do).
The problem is that if the "blue" zone disappears after 0.5 secs no one but the DC knows where it is^^. And that is not the intention. And why is the zone active in 10- 12 secs in "normal" mode? And on top of that it seems to heal/buff absolutely zero even in the "invisible" zone.
What about Empowered Break the Spirit not granting the damage buff?
It actually grants, but the area of the effect starts from you, not from the mob you hit. So if you're far away from a guy that's just at the side of the mob you attacked, he'll not get the buff, but people around you will.
Now if the buff increases the damage or not, I didn't test that.

I tried it alone on dummies and my damage seemed not to be affected.
Agent of the Divine feat is worthless because of a huge bug.
The Gift of Faith takes 4-5 seconds or more to heal the person after they drop below 45% health. The person (usually me) is dead long before the gift kicks in. The feat says "immediately heals." FIX THE DESCRIPTION OR FIX THE FEAT!!
