Disable the leaderboard! People cheat their way to the top!

The leaderboard is still a joke.
Here is why:
- you can still kick people in pvp resulting in very frustrated players. They recieve the leaver penalty, max ranking loss while the exploiter either avoids a loss (when on loosing team) or a huge rating gain (when winning and kicking teamates at the end)
- people still can disconnect at a certain point to avoid a loss
- you still loose ELO by winning a game, and because you cant choose ur opponents, makes climbing the ladder random
- matchmaking can never work with the low pvp population this game has. Premades vs premades still have to snyc queue to face each other. Otherwise, its an endless pug stomp
- the leaderboard leads to toxic behavior. A lot of high end pvp players would just do anything to rank themselfes up. They kick people, disconnect, queue with troll comps, and even manipulate their ELO gain through exploits (which I cant discus here because of forum terms)
Resume: the leaderboard doesnt add anything useful or fun to the game. It just amplifies the "trollness" and "ego stroking" in a certain speciman of player.
And just to counter some upcoming arguments: I consider myself a high end pvp player who was constantly page 1-2 on lb in mod3 and mod4, and I still say: DISABLE THE LEADERBOARD!
Also, the argument: "dont look at it if u dont like it" is not valid. It may not affect my playstyle but it does affect other people in their behaviour.

they should have 3 separate queues:
- one for practice with nothing to gain or lose
- one solo queue for ranking with dailies and all
- and the last for ranking premades (maybe a different leaderboard)
And they should also fix all those things you;ve said.
