Missing zen!

I had 500 zen in my account yesterday, after the patch now have 0.
Missing 500 zen!

    I had the same thing happen to me. I also had 500 Zen in my account but now it is gone. I had not checked my account in over a year. I have no idea whether this relates to Steam or what. I only checked my account because of a message saying I have to transfer my Zen to Arc or somewhere else. I have entered a ticket but as usual all I got was a pre-printed email which does not have anything to do with my problem.
