  did you start the task? click on it and say start? (i forgot the exact name, the server is down).

  Yes of course, I have finished Sharandar and Dread Ring boons, but on this one I click start and it go back to the screen that says available all the time.

  Weird man, no idea. I never had an issue. I assume you have submitted multiple tickets?

  I have a similar problem. Help the Zhentarim is blocked even though I have everything needed to continue. Please help me

  I am also having this problem, with both the first and second boons; Form of the Dragon and Power of the Dragon. I also have one skill point I cannot use. I'm currently at 64 skill points, but the 65th one is stuck. It will let me use the point, it will ask for my confirmation, but then it won't retain the skill, and my remaining skill point is reset back to Unused. This is what happens to my Tyranny of Dragon boons as well.
