Key issues.

Some days ago i bought some zen in order to get some keys to open the new lockbox.
I started opening 10 lockbox when suddenly i noticed that no items was being added to my inventory.I'm very sure about that, so i send a message to the support asking for an explanation and possibly a refund of the zen or something of the same "price", or the aforementioned items.
The Gm explained to me, after he did the proper inspection, that my issue is caused by an unresolved bug that they are unable to fix at the moment, and it wasn't caused by me.
Unfortunately, as he said, we could talk as much as we want, but i can't receive a refund nor something equal.
I know that every game has its problems and bugs, but this is quite problematic. I use my real money, i trust this company, i belive in its quality and nothing is what i receive in return.
Is there any hope i can fix this situation?

    Contact Billing Support. I am always able to receive a refund when what happens is something regarding currency but not caused by me. Provide a copy of the GM correspondence if you can.

    I can't copy the message( forum rules) but he litteraly said: I want help you, but the gm doesn't have the ability to provide a refund or something similar.We can talk about it as much as we want but the situation will not change.
    It's me or this sound very very strange?

    Precisely - the GM support is not the Billing support. You must submit a ticket to BILLING support. You do this through the web site (ARCGames.com - follow Support links, select BILLING support).
