How to Copy Characters from Main account to Preview server???

Guys i want to test some changes for my characters in the preview server, but i don't know how to copy my characters to preview server. So if anybody knows how to do that please enlighten me...

    Go to the main web site (Just click the NEWS link at the top of this page.

    Make sure you're logged-in.
    Click your account name at the top right.
    On your account page, click the GAMES category.
    In the GAMES category there is a link to transfer a character to the "beta" server.

    This link only exists for Neverwinter, Star Trek Online and Champions Online (Cryptic Studios games).

    NOTE: If you have more than eight characters, the transfer page is screwed-up and does;t show any beyond eight.

    Also - you have a choice of transferring to PREVIEW or OWLBEAR - you want to transfer to PREVIEW.

    I guess this is as good a place as any, I too have a preview server question.

    I copied a character and is dressed with an item I can't seem to duplicate visually on the main server .

    My question, how if possible can I bring that character back to the main server?

    You cannot. Preview is a walled garden 100% separate from live (this is why you are copying a character there).

    Though your description is completely ambiguous. Please provide a screenshot or a more detailed explanation of this "object". Also ask yourself this: is this a character that was copied over previously when they had this object and now the live version no longer has the object? (This is common occurrence).
