Best Weapon and Armor Enchantments for GWF

I am currently using a Greater Life Drinker Enchatment for my sword and the Soulforged Enchantment for my armor. I enjoy them, but lately, I have been curious as to what would help my GWF perform a bit better, I've been curious if anyone uses the bilethorn enchatment for their weapon and if it's worth ranking up?

    Aren't you finding it underpowered? It's like 60 HP, much less than Regen, much less than LifeSteal, much less than a potion.

    Can't go wrong with Vorpal. Or you could go the debuffing route with PF or Terror.

    I just switched over to Greater Plaguefire enchantment and it's a lot better.
