Double and Triple Kills

Ok, so maybe I'm clueless, but I can't figure out how you're awarded a double or triple kill in PVP. It pops up every once in a while (I have 10 doubles and 1 triple I think) but it was never through any conscious effort of my own.

What is required to get a double and triple kill?

    It's basically getting either 2 or 3 kills within the space of 5 seconds I think, or at least a few seconds anyway.

    Pretty annoying to get with a tank...
    Give us 4 or more power/item bar profiles so we can change powers and items with one click that are suited for the situation.

    In oPvP its counted for whole team, so its easier to team up to get those stats.
