Bound Lostmauth's Horn of Blasting dropped from epic Lair of Lostmauth chest!

The collection in the description says its Binds on Equip but it was bound unfortunatelly when I took it from chest.

All the artifact belt is BoE from chest and the similarly chest placed artifact the Black Ice Beholder form Kessel's Retreat is also Boe.

Is this working as intended or bug?

    today i get artifact from zen chest but yes mine is bound as well is it bug or intended pls let us know ty.

    Today I got another Horn of blasting, its bound, but I didnt equip, use it, or refine it.

    Please fix

    I got a horn from the arcane chest yesterday. It was bound. If this is a bug, it still exist. Think the horn is part of a set in mod 6. Would be good to fix it so it becomes more accessible.

    Its not bugged, its BoE when it drops from lostmauth himself, not the chest

    All chest drops are Bind on Pickup by default. When the boss drops the item, then it is bind on equip.
