Haarl's Treatise drop rate?

I've ran at least 40 Shores, so the Treatise doesn't seem to drop very frequently (if at all) from the standard chest. I wasn't going to bother with Mystic keys, but does anyone know if the Treatise is an easy drop from the Mystic chest? Like maybe in the range of around 10% or so? If not, then I'll just grind it out and buy the Treatise from the merchant since I'm not inclined to mess with the super low RNG chances that Cryptic seems to love so much these days.

I've had 1 drop in something like 50 runs.

On the plus side, you can buy them from the ToD merchant who's near the contacts in PE.

I am not sure why they introduced is into Neverwinter since it is not a beloved feature in other games. It's here now lets hope it gets phased out in Mod 5 and beyond.

It's not the AD cost that makes the Campaign Store an ugly choice. 50K Astral Diamonds at the Campaign Store vs. 2M AD at the Auction House.

It's the 100 Cult Secrets + 100 Dragon Sigils cost per tome. That's a ludicrous amount of dailies.

Just one thing: Bots are currently on the rise again. You may guess why.

Nevergrind continues with it's latest attempt and making people AD. I wish that I had 30m AD like some people.

I thought campaigns unlock is 5000 ZEN so we can assume that next mod for around 2.5 million AD we can auto-complete the boons. So just waiting and then transferring the AD to ZEN would be cheaper than getting the tomes.

Seems rather a strange state for a game...

Yeah these books are SUPER rare, if you get one you may be very hard pressed to use and not sell it (I certainly would sell). It seems they want the last 2 boons on campaigns being a lot harder to get from now on, gotta pay the diamond price or flip the hourglass over for another 50-100 days...

If you're expecting to run the dungeon and skirmish to get the boon tomes for your characters, think again, you may be seriously disappointed.

Based in this campaign I'm tempted to think that we might not see Mod5 before Spring 2015 and/or it might not contain a PVE campaign. RNG boons, artifact weapons, long dailies. They added quite some stuff to keep players occupied longer than in the other three Modules.

Actually mod 5 is underway and will be the second half of the Tyranny of Dragons campaign storyline and will probably be released around Christmas. It will probably include either artifact armors or artifact rings/necks and another campaign with a dungeon and skirm.

And the currencie slots are filling up with the 100 stack dragon coins from the grinding
And nothing is been done to solve this stacking to 1000
I can bet that most ppl currencie slots will be full before they get the books

Both versions have same drops with the exceptionion of the armour/weap sets (Epic will drop draconic stuff, standard infernal). And, probably lower drop rates on non epic.

I thought so but had some doubts since Shore set only drops in normal version of SoT.

Yeah....no thanks.

They cost 100 cult secrets and 100 dragon sigils. You'd have to be doing dailies for weeks and weeks.

Actually the shore set drops in both epic and regular xD

This can be verified by going to collections - its listed there, though I've yet to see it from either
