The armor set dont give any % to Damage Resistance!
The party and the GF self got the buff icon but no benefit.
Tested the log say its not working we all got the same dmr both GF and the party members.
Nice the new powerfull set 4 pices give you extra buff icon nothing more.
Seems to work internally for us. Any more details.

I can attest to this, i have the full set and i can't seem to see the effect it does on my party or mine. if it's a visual effect as it does not show on any of our character sheet. kindly confirm
Well, from what I've seen the +5% DR does not show up one character's page but after some calculations I found out it does give 5% of DR.
Moreover, sometimes it may give more than 5% (jumps to like 20%). Not sure what it triggers yet. Tested it thrice yesterday already, first with my mage friend then with party while running MC on my guardian fighter.
I did some testing and number crunching with the draconic set and into the fray. Since into the fray provides additional dps based on the damage resistance of the GF and the draconic set gives +5% DR, one should recieve (0.75 * 5)% = 3,75% additional dps, if 3 power points are spent into ITF.
I tested this on my CW with a fellow GF who had 45.1% DR with the set and then wearing not the complete set, but still having 45.1% DR. With the draconic set, my damage bonus was by 3.7 percentage points higher compared to the case without the complete draconic set (into the fray active in both cases), so this looks okay. Here are the numbers for you:
not partied up with GF: 699-831 Chilling Cloud
45.1% DR of GF and not wearing complete draconic set and using into the fray: 971-1155 Chilling Cloud (that means +38.9% damage)
45.1% DR of GF and wearing complete draconic set and using into the fray: 997-1186 Chilling Cloud (that means +42.6% damage)
Since into the fray provides more dps with this set, I assume that the set actually provides the 5% DR. It looks like the +5% DR is just not displayed at the character sheet and in the tooltip of the small icon related to the draconic set. Please fix this, it is not a minor issue, these incorrect tooltips and misleading numbers are frustrating if you try to build your character in a certain way with a specific goal, and I found myself losing fun building a character of a different class than GF, because I don't know classes other than GF well enough to be aware of the incorrect tooltips and descriptions. Things like these are simply discouraging.
Two issues that should be further looked into remain in my opinion:
1.) Players actual testing and number crunching to verify that the GF and nearby partymembers recieve exactly +5% DR.
2.) As a side issue for this thread, I like to mention that into the fray itself didn't provide the amount of additional dps that I predicted via calculation, but I didn't look deeper into this. Here as well testing and number crunching or explanation by players would be nice.

i was inspecting my party friend when i had set on and off
and seen no dif in his character sheet under dmg resist.
I can attest to this since I basically did the same in order to find out if the set works and whether it counts for ITF.
So yeah, the bonus works but is not displayed in the character sheet.

did you work this out from combat log data?
and also the featured satirical comedic adventure "A Call for Heroes".

WTB Class Reroll please
