Did some testing on Preview with Golden Dragon's Wrath.

On Paper, the buff sounds great: 9% increased damage after hitting stuff a few times with Wicked Strike.

However, each debuff stack falls off the target independently, meaning that by the time you hit the target for the 3rd time to apply the 3rd stack, the 1st stack is about to expire again.

So unless you are continuously hitting the target with only Wicked Strike, you won't be able to keep the debuff fully stacked on the target. Think Plague Fire stacks - except those are proced by any type of damage and are thus possible to maintain at 3.

This is completely unlike the Wicked Strike's inherent debuff, where each stack is refreshed and then incremented with every hit.

Looks like Golden Dragon's Ferocity is the weapon to go.

Seems like each time there is a decent thing for GWF, sh*t happens, like bugs, or stupid system.
