Greater Power refinements missing

Went through death spire twice and received no Greater Power Refinement. Is this a new normal or a bug?

    Don't you only get the Mark of power on Tuesdays and weekends , the drops are on a schedule .

    What he said.. Made the same mistake myself, early on. Go into campaigns, select DR and click view schedule. Monday and Friday you just get scrip and cypher.
