Refinement crash

Since Mod 4 launched I have been unable to refine ANYTHING without crashing to desktop. The rest of the game is completely stable and I have no issues with anything else. I have submitted many, many crash reports and bug reports and nothing. I've tried everything I can think of, including reinstalling the game, checked all my drivers, nothing helps.
Is anyone else experiencing this? any advice?

    well, since the last patch Thursday, I can't rank up my enchantments.

    I just ranked up 2 today. Radient 6 to a 7 and then used the 7 to rank up a Radient 7 to an 8. Other than loss of Pres Wards, no problems.

    My upgrade button would not light up. I exit the game and restarted and it let me upgrade.

    Yeah this is different than that bug, which they know about and are working on apparently. This is a complete crash everytime I start putting stones into the refinement slots...
