Venfithar AoE Bug

Today during the Heroic Encounter against Venfithar in Rothe Valley #17 at approx 2:50 PM CST I was the victim of at three instances where Venfithar's localized lightning storm AoE attack did not display the normal red warning circle until after the attack had already been made (incidentally killing me from full health each time).
I do not believe this was a result of lag on my end as it was the only such attack that behaved in that manner as his breath attack, the attack where he flys up and hits you with a violent flap of his wings, and the one where he spits at you all properly displayed the red AoE warning effect before the attack was launched as is intended and I experienced none of the other normally very obvious signs of lag spiking.
