Are Dragon Bone Weapons Auto-Leveling?

I ask because, when browsing through the Collections Journal on one of my characters I noticed that they had lower than expected stats and on closer examination noticed that they didn't have a level requirement.

    Yes they're scaling with levels,a bit weaker than mulhorand

    Yeah, but unlike the Ancient Mulhorand don't require actual money - chances of getting them are probably a lot lower though. Still...

    Mulhorand's dont really require real money...a few months ago you could buy main/off hand/cloak for 10k AD each ^^.It just shows the inflation...

    Not inflation, it is because they are getting rarer since they only come from a lockbox that isn't opened much anymore.

    Lockboxes will never be rare.And the main cause of the price raise is inflation,as AD's are worth 2-3 times less than a couple months ago(based on instant exchange 350:1 vs 2 weeks exchange 500 1 to ZEN which indicates that the real ratio is much higher).

    they are a excellent option to level now, as well as compete in sub 60 pvp with having a weapon enchant slot.

    The only class that they are ridicoulous in is the SW class right now.. but thats typical.

    The same reason I will be wearing lvl 55 gemmed shirt/pants.. for like less then 20 stat points in each category, I save over 600k in AD.. and still can slot enchants. It will be way down on my list of concerns for my SW to upgrade those right now.
