I am about to get my first character to level 60 he is currently level 58. I have the dragon bone bow and the Dragon bone blades for him. my question is are these viable end game weapons. or should I try and get new weapons asap? I have no interest in PvP. And I figure Ill eventually get some kind of artifact weapon, if it drops for me.
Thanks for any advice.

dont know numbers, but you can level to 60 and go to Pirate king dungeon epic for T2 offhand or Grey wolf den normal for T1 main weapon. Pirate should be easy finished, there are strong player over time farming

They're rare quality, which means any epic quality should technically beat them. Even the mulhorand weapons are slightly stronger, which in return, get squashed by t1-2 weapons.
The dragon bone weapons are great for levelling but you'll soon fall behind other HRs if you continue to use them at 60. They'll make do until you can get something better. T2 offhands aren't overly expensive to buy either, 20k tops, and the bow of the Thayan zealot isn't bad until you can work up to Ancient Trapper, Dread Legion or Fallen Dragon/Fabled Fomorian. It will take you a long while to get the artifact weapon, so in the meantime I would suggest you ensure you have a good main and offhand. Black Ice, whilst PvP statted, offers great weapons for PvE also. Not sure how many HRs I see using these weapons outside of PvP but it's been quite a few.
My main concern was that I could keep using these until something better came along, and that I would not have to replace them the second I hit 60.
Thank you for your answers. they were a big help and relief.

if you have seals look what seal vendors have, or if you are willing to spend astral diamond look at Auction house. prices are decreasing over time. but its not necessary buy anything
The bone dragon blades look aweful, my god, its like two giant dog bones from the flintstones
This is why I was asking. I hate the way they look but didn't want to spend a lot on changing the appearance of them for just a couple of levels. And the bow looks even worse than the blades..
Royal Guard blades are kinda cheep on AH, it costs less than one day worth of AD, as for the bow just do your campaigns sharandar/ dread ring and look for the layer that may get you a very rare tier 1.
