Foundry has Publishing disabled

I noticed this yesterday--now going on 15 hours since I hit Publish for one of my projects (one that has published successfully and with no problem many times before) and when you scroll over the Publish button, it says "Publishing is currently disabled for the Foundry". I also saw another thread in which someone was having the same issue, so it must be widespread.

I've seen no official word on this from Cryptic...is it intentional?

    Neverwinter is a bugfest now, just be patient…
