Patch server is down?

I have been trying to connect a few times now, bit game client cannot connect to patch server. Rebooted the PC and router but didn't help, is anyone else having the same trouble?

    I'm also having this issue. Tried restarting my computer and router as well, to no avail.

    Yes. I think it has to do with the earthquake in California.

    I have the same difficulties. There's no apparent problem on my side, so I concluded it was on the server side and decided to give it a few hours before starting to worry.
    Still it's always nice to see it's indeed most probably not a client side problem.

    just started working for me, or well the launcher launched and is now patching.

    Same problem here. so it's not a local computer/game cliente issue. Let's wait them to anounce somwe news and go to fix it. And as the problem is in the Patch /Connection verver I hope everything to be OK with Accounts/Characters logged at the crash moment.... I mean, not a Caturday again, please!! :)
