what itesm boe or boa are instead becomind soul bound for others from vendors etc?

I thought it was just a glitch with the battle pvp gear that became soul bound when purchased with tool tip that says boe.

Now I have heard of

seal of triumph glory tokens soul bind

some summer festival stuff

some of the dragon stuff (pesudo dragon)

So I got bit on battle gear,

Anyone else notice anything else.

(Did post this in bug reports, but am gathering more info to pass on to dev if any out there.)

    What do you mean by "Soul Bound"?

    I have only seen items that BoP to Character, or BoP to Account, or Bind on Equip.

    Sorry, soul bound means bound to character when bought BOP when should be BOE or BOA.

    Soul bound was a WOW term for BOP items that bound to character.

    I got a BoP SW blade of Thingymabob from Fardelvers Crypt, when everything else I've picked up there has been BoE.
