Please fix context actions like report spam or ignore player as well as the ignore list. None of those work since the event started and spammers are having a great time.

That's what I'm doing but besides being very tedious it does nothing to help get rid of the spammers (arguably reporting them doesn't seem to do much either but that's not the point). Any command for reporting? Tried a few things but nothing worked. I've already turned off all public channels and I really don't want to have to toggle anonymity as well as that has to be disabled every time you want to join a queue, very annoying if you have several characters...

I think it's /ignore_Spammer - but if you start typing /ignore, you will see the correct option from the auto-completion.
Seriously. Right click>report was fast enough that was I willing to take the time to do it...given the sheer volume of spam. Stop, open chat, manually type it in while chat is scrolling past and try to get it before the next one hits? No.
This spam-city whack-a-mole is the direct result of a lack of filtering. I realize the root cause is third part AD/Item farming and sales (and I also realize that the most obvious root cause of that is because it's so darned profitable given PW/Cryptic's decisions on Zen:AD exchange rates) but as a player I see the symptoms in my face every time I play, and the symptoms are treatable. Aion, FF, and others have had goldspam filtering since 2009. There are a couple of very effective filters for ESO via Curse. And there are more.
It's certainly do-able. Yes, once or twice a day a PW employee or sub-k would have to dump newly reported gold spam into the filter so it can learn. So what? Filters exist, they work, they are effective. They should be implemented.

Not sure why this ability was removed. Definite QOL decrease.
