GWF - Threatening Rush

Threatening Rush At-Will is not marking anything around the target. It currently only marks one single target.

    I don't think it's a nerf, that's why I'm reporting it as a bug.

    Same thing. I also reported this on test prior to it going live. Devs - this is a fair bit of impact on our class. Can we get feedback, please?
