Scourge Warlock Booster Pack missing items

Its random per char what items you get out of pack and pet is not in pack. Needs to be fixed.

    Some things (the bag, adventurers helper pack) are claimed at the claims agent and not account wide. I got the cloak, hood, and weapons, but no companion.

    on hr i got only weapon out of pack and on gf i got weapon, hood, cloak its random per char what you get

    Same issue here. My HR couldn't claim anything except the pact blade, but both my TR and GF have all the contents except the companion

    We found the issue and have a fix, no ETA yet when it goes out live. You should still be able to visit the Rewards Claim Agent to claim the individual items.

    Actually, if this were the case, it'd be a negligible problem. The items aren't available at the claims agent individually, either.

    This has been further addressed in the sticky. All will be well, "soon."
    Closing this up now as iit     is a known issue and we have the announcement posted.
