Which is more useful in PvE - Adorable Pocket Pet or Tymora's Lucky Coin?

So which of these do people think would be more useful for PvE, in particularly for a Warlock, if AD was no object but you had to choose just one?

For PvP I assume that as the Pet can give you a pointless 'Decreased Threat' buff this would make it a lot less useful, but for PvE they both seem to provide rather nice buffs.

I have both equipped on my GWF. I am thinking about discarding the pet, just to free the slot. (Don't like the decreased threat.) Plus it seems buggy. Once it would not count down, kept resetting halfway to zero, and I had to go into an instance to get it to reset. The bug made me rubberband like mad in PE until I cleared it.

(Plus all of the grants are higher points value from the coin. They both have 10 min benefit and 10 min cooldown.)
Rhyon Cawdorian GWF | Opa Loka TR | Cormac Argentus III DC | Annika Thornblade GF | Aerys Skydark HR | Bartin Findlor TR | Aellia Baalthrall CW | Lucan Hawkmoon CW | Opa Brahk GWF | Korzbyrk DC | Den Kruk GWF | Jherek Skarsin CW |
Roland Mac Sheonin GF | Tarron Direheart SW |

The answer depends on what you need. GFs don't really want the pocket pet. Crit isn't that useful for them and the threat decrease actually hurts their gameplay in a team.

In general, and that goes for the warlock as well, I'd go with the coin, simply because the bonuses will never put you at a disadvantage and they are higher than the only useful one you can get from your pet.

If AD was no object and there are any Owls in the AH - I'd go for that. Or the Galeb Duhr. The Owl's bonus lessens threat and is quite solid (survives pretty darned well). The Galeb active bonus is sucky, but if summoned it's the best of tanks and always hard-taunts the encounter with the highest HP (including bosses) which gives you a little 'breathing room' for handling adds.

I apologize if my contribution is useless (if you're set on the coin or pet) - but thought I'd mention them. :)

If AD was no issue, then i'd use BOTH... since you can actually keybind the pocket pet in inventory... not wasting a belt slot.

Tymora's Lucky Coin. Its like an extra altar bonus.
    Its cheaper too.

Interesting that even for PvE, people seem to be tending clearly, although not by a huge margin, towards the Coin.

I can understand this in the case of GFs where the threat loss would be counter-productive at best and potentially disastrous at worst, but otherwise I am a bit surprised as the (admittedly only 25% chance) of +5% critical severity from the pet seems to be the best bonus available from either the coin or the pet.

I HAVE BOTH! If I were made to choose, I would only have bought Adorable Pocket Pet because Tymora's Lucky Coin roots you in place. Especially if you're a Warlock, and you realize your Lucky Coin just went off cooldown, you don't have the time to be rooted to flip a coin in combat. Those red splats are deadly.
