  I had to post something similar on another thread,
  
  As far as I know the launcher has stopped working completely on my end also. I was in the middle of playing whenever I had an absurd amount of lag and disconnects, when I reconnected I was surprised to find that there was no cool down for my shift ability or any of my encounter powers. Although it was fun to shift around randomly with no limits, it was quite disappointing to find after the next disconnect that the launcher was not working. I had to uninstall check my Internet connection among other things after repeated attempts to get the launcher working, and yet I am still having trouble.
  So far the symptoms are:
  Attempting to connect to controller tracker
  Tried to connect seven times.
  Graphics on launcher are missing.

  This sounds like the crash corrupted your files. You will need to uninstal/reinstall and I would also run a diskcheck to make sure that the initial crash wasn't caused by the hard drive starting to fail and data getting corrupted.

  It is what I thought it first, but I highly doubt that is the situation in computer is well taken care of the strong possibility that having speech recognition software running, even though it was off, contributed to the problem. It seems to be installing right now properly, but I still will run the disk check later.

  Well taken care of doesn't matter. I've worked on fixing most anything that you can put a wrench or screwdriver to, and bad parts that fail early happen to every single manufacturer and product. Mechanical failures are always an option. That's why whenever there is signs of data corruption you run the check.

  i found out one capable foreign source of trouble like that. core media, they appear to be heving hacked my browser, until i could only find their account offer, and finally they incite against noble things like math noble price today saying that is IDIOT.
  plus i was never having any difficulty when going offline, maybe a local problem for germans there.
  
  and for that memtest thing,, i think it is a pretty advanced tool, what should a commoner like me do with that?
