Well, I can only say that WE are not alone experiencing this.

Last week each game is a chess match for me. I see a monster performing slow dangerous attack and BOOM, it's no longer slow. The animations simply ends long after I've been hit...

This is not fun at all, they should start to think to fix this problem or they will loose many costumers.

I bet it's just congento (or whatever that piece of annoying crud ISP name was) HAMSTER the connection for europeans again. AFAIK Cryptic can't do anything about it.

I just wish someone would sue congento already - ,., -

In theory every ISP in Europe can do so for not adhering to the net neutrality laws. Most don't bother tho. It doesn't affect them. They are only interested in their own part of the connections. Guess it's up the EC to force them to obey the rules at least for their European part in the connection.
In the contry I live in (currently I hope) noone would ever move a finger till you shout at them or start threatening with legal action.
Services sphere is just awful in europe, especially among most of the ISPs.

Is not an european problem only, people from US suffer it too.

Is incredible i found the solution, it was my old netgear modem; for some reason it was blocking connections. After switching to a new asus one, all works shiny!

Contentco is an international company and effects both Europeans and US.

As for your reports, there is no issue server side since I experience no issues. Server issues effect everybody.

Do make sure to disable on demand patching as that may reduce the frequency of connection issues.

Nah it wasn't the modem, it worked for al half hour and now im not able to connect once more. The strange thing is that the prepatch downloader started at the speed of light and that the test server is working. When i m able to connect by EU proxy the game works fine, and when i m able to log without any proxy the game run good, but when i change map i ever get "Server not respondig" this is not a connection problem, and btw on demand patching is disabeld.....
