Blue dragon in rothe valley tooltip upon completion is wrong

After killing the Rothe valley dragon the tooltip says to see the harper ( Hazrah Stormhammer ) in Icespire valley .
This is incorrect as you have to see the harper in Ebon downs ( Acolyte Heiron ) to claim your reward .

    You shouldn't have to go to a different valley to claim reward. Should be able to claim in area you are in.
