Looking for advices on rogue build

Hello fellow neverwinters 
After a while on a break, i decided to return to nwn online
However, such a break resulted in me losing quite a bit of info during the updates that may have come, such as the new paragon paths and so on.
At the moment i am a human TR, specced for executioner focused mainly on bursting down my opponents, but efore that, i used to go perma stealth with the master infiltrator skill tree.
I am considering going back for a pvp specced perma stealth (i like to nuke things fast but my favored gameplay is a bit more tatical than just get up close and shove a LB on someone's <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>), however, i am not sure if its better to go as a master infiltrator and use the good old CoS for damage or if Whisperknife path would be a better fit for it, after all, the whisperknife seems to be a bit more focused on raged attacks, which are good for permas as far as i remember, but im not sure if i will be losing something important with that path and if it's worth going that way even if it costs me a good power.
I would like suggestions for the build based on actual data if possible.

whispreknife is an amazing path if u know how to max you dps
snow build is for perma
rustlord is combat but gear is very dificult to get
