    Several bits of advice:

    1) the best, most overpowered abilities and spells (the ones that are getting nerfed in module 4) you are not using. Eye of the Storm is the best ability in the game. It gives you 100% critical hits for 4 seconds and procs very frequently. Sudden Storm and Shard of the Endless Avalanche are the highest damaging encounters you have and they're not leveled or slotted. Also the daily Oppressive Force has the highest damage potential of any spell in the game (it has huge AoE, and can hit unlimited targets).

    2) Power will improve your damage far, far more than Critical Strike.

If you don't want to read it the basic summary is that Power is awesome and Critical Strike is terrible. Power should be pumped up over 7,000 before you bother to raise Critical Strike over 1,500.

    3) Work on getting your High Vizier set. It will boost your damage by close to 30% across the board. (It will boost your party's damage by that amount as well). Of course, you should get a better weapon when you can afford it as well.

    4) My preferred rotation of spells is tabbed Conduit of Ice (does more damage than chill strike, debuffs targets 15% and procs Eye of the Storm like mad), Steal time (also procs Eye of the Storm like mad plus stuns enemies so they're easy to hit with Sudden Storm), Sudden Storm, and Shard of the Endless Avalanche. Use them in that order with Eye of the Storm and Evocation as passives = crazy damage.

    5) The link you gave to your powers and feats only shows your powers. It doesn't show your feats. I don't know whether you are trying for a Renegade or Thaumaturge build. Further advice would depend on that. Though I'm personally biased toward this build as it has served me quite well.

Hmmm. Strange. They're not showing up. For me, anyway.

Here are the feats - reason I didn't post them initially on this post is that you can only have 4 images per post.

Ah. The Oppressor Tree. That's a major reason why your damage is low. It offers very little in the way of damage boost and, sadly, very little in the way of control, also. It's pretty bad. Not many CW's pick Oppressor. It is getting completely re-worked in module 4 to give great control, but for now it's the least useful paragon path. Thaumaturge and Renegade give much better damage.

    You basically have two choices:

    1) You can save up and buy a retraining token which will allow you to make better choices on your spells and pick a better paragon path. You can use the build I linked to above or there are others that you can look up that will get the job done. That will instantly boost your damage SIGNIFICANTLY (possibly 2-4 times more damage). However, the fun will only last until module 4 hits live August 14. Then you'll have to find a different build because they're all getting overhauled.

    2) Manage as best as you can for another month or so and re-do your character when Module 4 hits. I'll be stunned if CW's don't get a free respec token which you can then use to pick a better build for free. However, as of right now, the Oppressor tree is pretty beastly on the preview server. So you may not need to change a whole lot. But the bottom line is that we don't know what builds will work well yet in Module 4.

Thanks for the tips - my build is based on some other builds like Smitty's but mine's isn't a direct copy-paste build :) I tried to figure out these on my own as well.. I will then respec these feats. My goal is to get the vizier set but I haven't yet been able to get but the chest. I got many drake seals (146 iirc) so I could buy some of those t2 bits. But I didn't see any direct upgrades hence I havent bought any of those yet. I checked only ones which would give me more crit, recovery and armor penetration. As I've checked from Smitty's guide the order of priority in stats would be: "~35% Crit > 22-24% Armor Penetration > ~3000 recovery > Power > HP > Defense". So iirc those drake seal stuff offered more of the power bit and none of the stats such as CS, Armor penetration or recovery. Any advices on those stats and gear choices?

Something to be aware of is that the developers completely re-worked how damage was calculated when Module 3 was released. They made it so that power has a multiplicative effect on your base damage whereas before it was an added on damage. The result is that the effect of stacking power now is MUCH more potent. Damage from power skyrocketed. Also power does not give diminishing returns so it is much more useful than crit no matter how high you get your power. So Smitty's guide is not up do date on the relative importance of power and crit. Now there's no argument: Power is king. If you run into someone advising otherwise they haven't done any recent testing. I would put your priority for stat stacking as:

    Offensive stats

    1) 22-24% armor penetration,
    2) POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    3) a tiny bit of crit (1k or so). Don't go out of your way to get much.
    4) to the pit of Hades with Recovery. It's useless. Don't add any above what's already on your gear.

    Defensive stats
    1) ~1500 lifesteal
    2) HP
    3) Defense
    4) Regen

Don't worry too much about drake seal stuff. They won't help all that much. If you have a guild just get some people to help you run Frozen Heart, Karrundax, and Spellplague over and over during Dungeon Delves (or if you have a DD key) until you get the High Vizier full set. What you have is fine until then. If you can swing the cost save up for Ancient Court Magister main hand and off-hand. They'll bump your damage nicely. Also work on obtaining a Vorpal enchantment for your weapon if you don't already have one.

I did the same as you while leveling. I basically picked what I thought would work well and had fun with it. And it worked fine for me. Then I wanted to improve my character. After doing so, I had to admit that my build just wasn't very good and I was leaving a lot of damage on the table.

Anyway, combine those changes with a feat respec and better rotation of spells and you'll be at the top of the pain-giver chart giggling about doubling second place in no time at all. CW really is overpowered right now. It's much easier than it should be to make yourself into an ultra-dungeon-wrecking machine. Enjoy it for the next month!
