CW might be better in pvp in mod 4 but its really too early to tell.
there are new feats that give more stuns, adjustments to spell for more prones. One thing for sure is that most of the single target encounters will apply ArP.
Theres a feat at the end of one of the trees that could be very good in pvp (takes of 10% of hp) but we don't know how often it will proc yet.
And you need to read and take note of other class buffs/nerfs to determine how CW is placed
During the next mod it'll equalize. I think CWs will still be a lot of fun. I'm not gonna stop playing mine. I'm one of the few people that actually really likes Icy Terrain. lol
Given the ongoing nerf process with CW's, I would recommend postpoing making a CW until we see the end result.
(Note: It is not all negative so far: They reverted most of the cast time changes, and the damage reductions are at least in part offset by working Arp.)

Why would you make a CW only for PvP in the first place?

and also the featured satirical comedic adventure "A Call for Heroes".
i would trade my perma tr anyday for a pvp cw
And my GF feels... more like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=raF9wfPxir8

Only in premades is that true. If you pug with a CW in domination it is a lot of fun and it's not hard to be No1 in kills if you have the right gear.
traduction: not hard to be #1 if you overgear everyone else.
But pve we are kings
