Devoted Cleric Heroic feats have not really changed since release of Neverwinter a year ago.
A large portion of the feats are completely useless compared to those of other classes due to very high internal cooldowns or granting a tiny percentage of a stat, which makes it unattractive given the way Diminishing Returns works on stats.
Please could you have a look and possibly rework them for Module 4?
It is unlikely that we will have the bandwidth to do this in Module 4, but we are working our way through the feats and making big changes as we can. Clerics are definitely something we have in mind (rogues too, we haven't forgotten).
ah, i knew no TR nerfs mentioned in notes was too good to be true. Would ruin the perfect streak of new mod new TR nerf

I really think the Devs are out of touch with the DC's, just because a fully geared DC with all 10's can be hard to kill in PvP doesn't mean thats the same for PvE. Every time you nerf DC's for PvP you hurt them way more in PvE. Also really no class changes just a tool tip change??
If they don't give us a random nerf, like Hammer of Faith or Moon Touched I will be glad.
I would like to see a big change in the end of Paragon Trees, all feats are really bad.
