TR's Lurker's Assault+stealth+encounter power

When you use most encounter powers while in stealth mode (not counting 'shadow strike' and 'bait and switch'), it's supposed to deplete your stealth and then you reveal yourself.
However when I'm in Lurker's Assault mode, after I stealth I use an encounter and it keeps me in stealth. I tested it with 3 encounter powers all right after another and after all 3 I'm still in stealth mode.
Is that supposed to happen? I understand lurker's assault is charging up real fast but is this just a special case where encounter powers while in this mode doesn't get rid of stealth?

    Yes, it does happen when you have 3 or even more points in cunning sneak heroic feat.

    Ah ok thanks. I had a suggestion that would raise DPS via PvE for TRs but I guess I have to scrap it now :(
