Yes this is serious and not back handed or sarcastic. I really think the forums need to tell Cryptic what they are doing RIGHT. So they know what is appreciated.
I really like icewind dale. I feel the heroics are very fun and I do hope to see more open world activities like this in future areas. I am even enjoying the pvp and im really not much of a PVPer.
I love the new Icewind dale outfits, especially the adventurers jacket with its purse and pouches...so cute. and the noble top the noble top has this little miniskirt I love. I wear it with pesant pants (it looks better than the noble pant the belt cloth has collision issues) and its nice to have a cape skirt for shorter characters (merchant). I love the adventurers pants girls need more pants, I also like that they are bought with black ice.
I love the account banks this is sooo full of win!
I like that you added Venders into the vip area of the mask, It makes the area actually useful, if you add a bank/guild bank id never have to spend time in protectors enclave again. except to get to travel map. though I still think you should just open the vip area to everyone, the mask really needs more space for rp. I kind of miss when people could sneak in.
I think some of the changes in Protectors enclave are also cool I love the arch near the windmill little changes like this make the city feel like its expanding.
What are your favorite recent changes? What kind if things will you like to see more of?

I like the sentiment: an actual thread that outlines the good things in the game that have been added instead of bashing it.
I love the new area too the HE's are an actual challenge I just got to dwarven valley and the battles are pretty intense, even the innocuous random enemy takes a good bit of hurt and the extra black ice damage actually hurts when hit by a lot of them. I don't dislike much about it tbh way better imo than any of the other campaigns though all of them are necessary especially for the future; regardless of the rampant complaints in the forum and the arguing in pvp areas lol.
Destroyer change also went well imo.
the bank is indeed helpful even if i do still use the mailbox.
Seriously though if they continue what they are doing and continue to try to rebalance they are going to have me around for quite a while more.
im really looking forward to the new mod maybe a quest for an extra 8 slot bag or a quest item tab which were some ideas I saw that i thought were good because half of my inventory are random enchants and ingredients and the other half are filled with quest items and keys.
Maybe an actual way to make our armor look the way we want it to from pieces with storage because there are pretty cool lower level items that can all be used for costume change them into transmutes or fashion items but barely any room to keep them.

The account bank was a great addition.
The IWD fashion sets are a big plus.
The increased difficulty of the related areas makes me actually have to think about what fights I get into and those potions are finally seeing some use.
Per the latest notes on the preview section, the HEs continue to get their scoring tweaked, which is great cuz my poor little GF feels like she's been neglected.
Good job, guys!

Well, I actually quite like the game so far. People seem more and more inclined to call it pay to win but if we dont buy stuff the game goes offline lol. Anyway I like leveling up a character, I like my GWF, I love Dread Ring and Sharandar. IWD is actually a challenge and that is good. I see many things that need fixing on my GF but I like him too even as he is ( 'sept the part where nobody cares for my LFG msgs while on it lol ). After all is said and done the only thing I really dislike is not having enough time to play more, with a job, gym etc its a tiny window for my RPG fix.
Row, row, row your boat, Gently down the stream.

I'm really enjoying the new open world zones in IWD, too. It makes it super easy to grab some guildies and just have fun. I also really like the new, more challenging mobs. It makes the entire thing more fun.
I like PvP campaign. It gave me strength to play those two maps I played over a year again. Despite it's impossible to complete the campaign as a DC (I play DC as my main currently), I still like it, rewards are worth playing (thanks god it's not a bunch of peridots). Leaderbord is a good addition, but it needs to be reworked due to numerous bugs and illogical events (losing positions after winning for example).
M6 almost drains your soul given how boring it is. (c) joocycuzzzzzz

I agree,
Honestly I love Icewind Dale. The HEs are incredibly challenging. I love the skirmish, The designed of the areas is absolutely beautiful in places. The NPCs voiceovers are great. The questing is fun (though lately I've been stuck with Arcane Brotherhood quests rather than my normal Ten Towners) I really enjoy this expansion, more than any other up to this point.
I used to run a lot of dungeons. But I'm having so much fun in IWD that I haven't even touched a dungeon in over a month.
I just got a Black Ice Beholder Relic Last night and its got to be one of the coolest ones we've had. SO much good I this expansion I truly enjoy it.
For me it's the class artifacts. Before it wasn't so easy/cheap to get 3 artifacts whereas now with a bit of effort you can get a reasonable 13-14k gs without ploughing millions of ad into it. I had a main (GF, love it) and 2 alts but could only afford to gear the main. Since the change I have been able to get both my alts to 14k, where I find the game starts to be more relaxing. This in turn led me to want more alts so purchased some slots and got one free from a pack. I am now running 5 characters and have reasonable enough gs on all to get into dungeons, mostly this means I can swap around and have some fun. Thanks for this
I have 99 problems with Icewind Dale, but finding some nice things ain't one:
1. Icewind Dale is almost as pretty as Sharandar.
2. Yeti are fun to fight. So are the ice zombie minions that explode on defeat.
3. Heroic Encounters popping up make the zones feel less static.
4. Caer-Konig has a mailbox!
5. I don't PvP, but I'm glad that PvPers were given a campaign, boons, titles, more artifacts, etc.

Yeah I was one of the people in Preview testing this and reported a lot of the bugs you see. While this does appear to have been rushed a bit... the reality is...
Its also one of the most exciting and excellent expanions I've ever seen.
I love how the HEs encourage more open coop play than pretty much any of the other zones. The encounter difficulty is nice too because facerolling is boring and tbh had me rethinking and reslotting different powers to figure out what worked best instead of using my standard loadouts.
It's also really cool to see recognizable forum peeps pop up in HEs. Sure it happened before on a smaller scale but since IWD rewards ppl for hanging out in zone longer you stumble across folks a lot more and get to see them in action.
Also pretty hilarious after a big HE finishes and one by one the PVP flagged folks start zapping each other in the face until a full scale melee breaks out .
