    Usually those are autoresponse emails to which replies can neither be made nor accepted. Case sensitivity doesn't make much difference in domain names, though, so I presume the email is authentic. However, I must stress that the final decision is yours to make as to whether or not to respond to the survey offered.

    Also, I have removed the image from your post as we do not allow the reposting of any sort of private correspondence on our boards.

    Well I was just concerned if it is a hoax.
