Black Ice Domination bugged in almost all instances after 4 hours

So, two patches ago, the problem of Black Ice Domination (BID) getting stuck if the Black Ice gets mined too fast was supposed to be fixed. Apparently, it wasn't. About 3 hour after the maintenance, all instances were bugged once again. Now after today's patch, 4 hours later, the same bug occurs. Almost all instances in Dwarven Valley and Icewind Pass are bugged again, except now there are two ways of how it gets stuck:

- The old way: it says that BID is active, and when you step in, the message asks you to cap nodes, but you cannot cap anything. There is no score, and when you press X, you see the score either being stuck at 1000:HAMSTER or at 0:0.

- The new bug since the last patch: during the process of mining the Mother Lode, if mined too fast, the Mother Lode disappears. The mining process gets stuck at <100 %. When you step away, you can still see the "big light" from the Mother Lode, but when you come closer, you see that there is nothing. The map still says that BID is active. Once it gets stuck this way, it's stuck forever.

Please fix this. I was hoping that such obvious and extremely game-breaking bugs are seen by GMs and would be fixed with today's patch. Apparently, I was wrong. No one can play BID right now, unless few people are lucky enough to end up in a brand-new, not-yet-bugged instance. But even then the BID gets stuck after only one game.

Yeah but it's okay! , they ignored huge feature breaking bugs like this (and yes open world domination pvp was supposed to be a feature of module 3) but stuck the programmers onto the highly important task of removing the sales tab from the wondrous bazaar ! great use of resources right there.

    I don't get it:

Black Ice Domination is not working right now, because it's stuck in almost all instances of both Dwarven Valley and Icewind pass!

    Does really nobody care?

It looks like the Mother Lode HE bug got replicated in the Black Ice Domination now.

The several consecutive instances of Dwarven Valley / Icewind Pass I visited yesterday indeed had the Black Ice mining score stuck at ~90% without any Black Ice present that when mined would advance the BID.

+1. All instances are frozen at different stages. Some are without nodes and some are at 80+% and static.
