Is it time to introduce 10vs10 to combat ELO/playerbase situation?

Here is the biggest thing why ELO is not working: Not enough amount and variety of players queueing for PVP. If you want a perfect match for your team, they are probably queueing 30 minutes before or after your party or they are currently in a match. This is why you are getting lopsided matches. Unless you want to wait 40 minutes for a perfect matchup, this is what you get.

What's the solution? Dilute the teams. In 5vs5, one or two players having 8k GS can ruin the party and the gameplay experience of everyone.

In GG, you wouldn't realize how many 8k GS pugs you have on your team while you are stomping the other team. Why? because of dilution.

    YES. I've always been saying this. 5 man premade + 5 9k GS pugs vs 10 14k GS pugs would be a fairly balanced match. This is why arenas in Warhammer online were balanced - because there were at least 2 parties from each side.

    I can 100% get behind this. Hell just run a variation of GG as domination and let people que for it (or que for both! why not?!?!)

    More skill, less zerg. Rashy you want your CW to be focused all time by 5 players?

    Big no to 10vs10 unless it's a different game mode than Domination and classes are changed in their behavior. Also there's significant lag with many players on screen. More lag-->less skill.

    You don't want 9K GS pugs in your party?

    Run full premade please.

    Again, more skill, less zerg.

    I understand the lag argument. In fact, that's the best argument against this.

    This suggestion is for majority the players. I personally can avoid PVP until I get a full premade, but most players can't.

    There just needs to be some sort of switch in the settings where you can choose between a balanced match and queue speed.

    In the meantime, I would prefer a very strict matchmaking. No equal competition = no game. Do something else in that case.

    People have been asking for pvp changes for the past 8 months, so you may want to ease off. You know they won't read this and if they do they won't care or just ignore you.
