im just curious if this is one each account or if i can claim it on all my characters?

    . . . I'm not sure which package you're talking about. If it is claimable on all your characters however, it will show as such in the Rewards Claims Agent. If it has a Number listed on it in the Agent, then that number represents how many times it can be claimed.

    . . . Is there any way you can give me the name of the package or a screenshot of it?

    the "neverwinter welcome back pack" in Promo section on the "reward claims Agent" says 2 available
    and since its 2 available then if i mayhaps had 2 on each. but im guessing after how you put it that i can claim it only 2 times on a account basis. not twice on each character.

    . . . Ah, that one. Nay, that one has a set number of claims. It's a bit fuzzy but it does indeed look like you have 2 claims left in that picture. Thanks for providing the pic! :)

    P.S. That one Binds on Pickup, so only claim it on the character(s) you want it on. Also, the weapon inside will be for the level of character you claim it on, so if you want a level 60 weapon, claim it on a level 60 character that needs a weapon.


    I cannot recall but I think the Greater Stone inside is Bind on Equip.
