I turned down my graphics. That helped.
When module 3 went in I was informed on the Character Selection Screen that my "graphics had been reset to the recommended settings". That meant it was back up as HIGH as possible, and it was creating lag.
Press ESC, go into options, and turn down your graphics settings. Read some of the buttons as they will tell you as you hover your cursor over them that "turning down this may greatly improve" speed or something. I forget that exact word. However setting most things to "Low" rather than "High, or even turning them off WILL reduce lag.
Hopefully that's some help.

There is graphic stuttering, and Lag. When the connection quality, displayed via '/netgraph 1' jumps between 100 and 800 on 'Ping', something is fubar with the servers.
